Cellulite. Those trapped pockets of fat near the surface of the skin that make your skin look bumpy and puckered. Unappealing to most, it appears in problematic areas such as the upper thighs, buttocks, and stomach where many fibrous bands exist to trap fat. Since these areas are slow to react to the benefits of exercise, once cellulite appears, it is often difficult and impossible for those affected to eliminate it. Unfortunately, it is a common occurrence in women even if they do exercise on a regular basis.

Several creams and pills flood the market boasting their curative properties fighting cellulite, but most are only very temporary solutions to a permanent problem. Other treatment methods with longer lasting results can be acquired from cosmetic procedures involving invasive surgery, such as liposuction. However, these are not viable options for those unwilling to go under the knife for the sake of their vanity.

Is there no remedy to “Orange Peel” or “Cottage Cheese” skin, then?

Of course not! In treatments that are about 40 minutes in length, Endermologie® reduces or eliminates cellulite with long lasting results in a non-invasive cosmetic procedure that is not surgical. It is also less expensive than liposuction.

Using a hand held device with motorized rollers and controlled suction, the targeted areas are massaged deeply to stretch fibers that are attached to fat, stimulate blood circulation and lymphatic drainage while the patient wears a body stocking. Toxins are released, allowing for the reduction of cellulite in a painless procedure. This unique device has been approved by the American Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and has been researched and tested throughout the years.

Endermologie® is not only for cellulite, though. It can be used for those suffering from poor blood circulation, muscular pains, and to exfoliate the skin to smoothen it. In fact, the procedure was originally invented over three decades ago in France for the purposes of acting as rehabilitative treatment for damaged muscular tissue, burns and scars. The reduction of cellulite was simply a side effect to the procedure, and was first used in the United States a decade ago for this purpose.

Usually, a few treatments are required before the appearance of cellulite is reduced or eliminated. It can begin with two procedures per week then gradually, as the results become apparent, follow up treatments are scheduled once per month. Those who have been treated with Endermologie® should continue to exercise and diet accordingly to maintain its effects.

To find out more about Endermologie® and to see if it is the right treatment for you, please visit your physician and cosmetic surgeon.

Meet Ryan, a 42-year-old truck driver who spends his days and nights on the road. He sits in his driver’s seat for hours, maybe grabbing drinks when he can, but always feeling that nagging discomfort in his lower belly. There’s this dull pain near his urethra, and at night? He’s up constantly, needing to pee. The symptoms aren’t excruciating, but they’re there – constant, annoying, slowly wrecking his sleep and making him anxious even while driving.

If you’re a man dealing with similar issues, you’re not alone. Doctors see this all the time in urology clinics. Most guys don’t even realize they have prostatitis until these annoying symptoms start creeping into their daily lives. And yes, that’s exactly why prostatitis feels so “common” among men – these symptoms keep showing up, and they’re hard to ignore.

So what’s really going on here? Is it just about not drinking enough water, or is your body trying to tell you something else?

Here’s the thing that surprises most guys: Not all prostatitis comes from bacterial infections.

In clinics, doctors constantly hear patients say, “Just give me some antibiotics, let me get this over with.” But here’s the reality – many cases labeled as “prostatitis” aren’t caused by bacteria at all. Ryan’s test results proved exactly that.

When antibiotics aren’t indicated or symptoms keep recurring, some clinicians may incorporate traditional Chinese medicine such as the Diuretic and Anti-inflammatory Pill to address urinary frequency and pelvic discomfort. Any use should be guided by a healthcare professional.

Your prostate sits in a tricky spot – right next to your bladder exit, surrounded by your urethra, nerves, and pelvic floor muscles. When any of these areas get irritated for too long, you end up with frequent urination, urgency, and that heavy feeling down there.

Bacterial infections hit hard and fast – think fever, chills, intense pain when you pee. But most men, like Ryan, deal with something different: chronic discomfort that keeps coming back, tests showing no clear infection. In these cases, “inflammation” is more like a general term for persistent discomfort in that area, not some raging infection that won’t go away.

Ryan was confused holding those test results with no bacterial markers. His doctor told him something important: This isn’t rare, and it doesn’t mean the problem can’t be fixed. The key is finding what’s triggering it and making targeted changes.

So why do men keep falling into this trap? Doctors point to three things the prostate absolutely hates – and Ryan’s job and lifestyle basically checked all three boxes.

First up: Long-term pressure. When Ryan drives long distances, he sits for hours at a stretch. His pelvic area stays compressed, blood flow slows down in that region, and well, sensitive spots start acting up. It’s pretty straightforward when you think about it.

Second: Repeated irritation stacking up. Ryan would hold his urine to avoid stopping too often. Business dinners meant alcohol and cigarettes. Sometimes he’d eat spicy food just to stay awake on the road. All of this? It makes your urethra and bladder exit extra sensitive and reactive.

Third – and this one’s often overlooked: Emotional stress. Ryan spends days alone on the road, worrying about traffic safety, cargo, income. His nervous system stays on high alert.

And here’s something most guys don’t connect: Anxiety and stress make your pelvic floor muscles unconsciously tighten and grip. Over time, that soreness, heaviness, and trouble peeing gets way worse.

Looking back, Ryan realized these problems didn’t just appear overnight. They built up slowly from years of bad habits piling on top of each other.

Sure, everyone says “drink more water” for prostate health. Ryan was already doing that. But to actually stop the symptoms from coming back, you need to tackle the root causes. His doctor gave him three key suggestions based on his situation.

Number one: Break up the long sitting. No need for intense workouts. Just stop every hour of driving, find a rest area, get out and walk for a few minutes. Stretch your lower back and abs. This alone significantly reduces pressure on your pelvis. For truck drivers and anyone stuck sitting all day, this matters a lot.

Number two: Don’t hold your urine, pay attention to bowel movements. When you gotta go, go. Also eat more fruits and vegetables, stay hydrated to prevent constipation. Straining during bowel movements adds more pressure to your pelvic area – and that heaviness you feel? Often connected to constipation issues.

Number three: Cut down on irritants, relax your body and mind. During flare-ups, temporarily quit smoking and drinking, skip the spicy food. Stop those all-night driving sessions. Take warm showers before bed to help your body unwind. Between driving stretches, slow down your breathing, release that mental tension.

Ryan followed this advice. He adjusted his rhythm on long hauls, stopped holding his urine, took breaks on schedule, turned down social dinners when he could, and slowly shed those bad habits.

Weeks later, he noticed real changes. That heavy feeling after sitting for long periods faded. Nighttime bathroom trips dropped. He felt more focused and calmer while driving.

The reality is, prostatitis seems so common not because men’s bodies are somehow “weak” or fragile – it’s because this condition ties directly into how modern men live their lives.

People like Ryan, whose work involves prolonged sitting, holding urine, staying mentally wound up – they can’t always avoid these situations, so naturally, they’re more prone to developing symptoms.

Drinking water is where prostate care starts. But what actually reduces recurring discomfort is breaking up those long sits, keeping your bathroom habits regular, and cutting down on irritants. When your daily rhythm slows down a bit, when your body and mind relax more, your prostate tends to settle down too.

Ignoring this stuff? Yeah, it’ll catch up with you. But the flip side is that small daily changes actually help—more than you’d think. Got persistent prostate symptoms? Don’t just grin and bear it or assume nothing works. Talk to a doctor. Figure out what’s going on with your body specifically. No need to suffer in silence.

The food and beverages industry, unlike other sectors, witnessed a modernization over the years that changed how users perceived it. Back when people had to wait in queues and wait for their order or simply sit down at a restaurant to eat, the convenience of people was the least concern.Restaurant Delivery Services

However, the times changed and brought in the concept of food delivery to people’s locations with modern applications. The solutions that defined the delivery game. And the real turn came in when the same food delivery apps introduced AI. Back then, people had to work on apps that were built for everyone, but AI personalized each and every bit of the apps and the overall user experience. That being said, people are shown the results that potentially hook them, and automatic offer applications are in place to progressively bring in the discount.

The guess game wound up, and every action has a pattern that makes sure that the user gets exactly what they are looking for. And along with that, these food delivery businesses have added AI chatbots that are turning out to be an investment-returning implementation. You may ask how, and that is something we sought to explain. Since AI has proven to be a transformation-focused element in the food delivery apps, let’s take a look at the use cases that can 100% lift up your doubts and bring you one step closer to adopting it with food delivery app development.

What are the Use Cases of AI in Modern Food Delivery Applications?
Many decision-makers often find themselves on the turf to choose whether moving ahead with AI is an investment-worthy decision or not. When such a premise is in question, here we come forward with the use cases that can change the perspective of decision-makers for making their business’s future agile one step at a time.Food & Grocery Delivery

Personalized Food Recommendations
Long gone are the days when displaying the same menu to every user worked. To be honest, no one wants to be treated as though their personal choice doesn’t matter. And in that case, to make the user feel better and bring options as per their preferences, AI creates a customized experience by showcasing relevant dishes, restaurants, and deals. When thinking like this about the premise, this not only enhances customer satisfaction but also increases order value and repeat purchases, a change that keeps the users closer to businesses. To be fair, by delivering highly relevant suggestions, food delivery platforms can significantly improve user engagement and retention.

Intelligent Search and Discovery
If we really think about our personal experience, finding the right meal among thousands of options can be overwhelming for users. And sometimes this same reason causes them to bounce and decide on cooking the same food at home. Diciness is never rewarding in terms of food delivery businesses. In those cases, when food delivery businesses choose AI-powered search systems, they simplify this process by understanding user intent and delivering accurate results.Engineering & Technology

Keeping the premise in mind, modern food delivery apps leverage Natural Language Processing (NLP). In that context, they interpret conversational searches such as “healthy breakfast near me” or “spicy vegetarian food.” In terms of dropping a realistic check, among the many use cases surrounding AI, it can also assist food enthusiasts in prioritizing search results if you choose AI food delivery app development.

AI-Powered Chatbots and Virtual Assistants
Back then, when customer care depended entirely on human interaction, things were slow. No offense to the humans, but processing has modernized in the current day, when human interference is needed when the case is complex for the AI model.

Basically, these AI models have been tackling the complaints and solving them within minutes. This led to satisfied customers and changed the long waiting hours for just one complaint to solve. However, if the complaints are complex or the customer is frustrated, the tickets are raised with the humans, and they fix them further. This flow has assisted food delivery businesses in reducing the frustration levels of customers.Machine Learning & Artificial Intelligence

Demand Forecasting and Predictive Analytics
The game of supply and demand has been all about interconnection, which is pretty much the driver of the market. If the supply doesn’t meet the demand, things go south, and vice versa. To diminish such cases, the food delivery businesses go for artificial intelligence development for their apps to predict the possibility of dishes. Keeping this in mind, the food inventory stays updated on what might be on the minds of people.

As we wind up the discussion, it becomes evident that AI is no longer a futuristic addition to food delivery, it has become a strategic necessity for businesses aiming to stay competitive. From optimizing delivery routes and forecasting demand to personalizing customer experiences and streamlining restaurant operations, AI is transforming every stage of the food delivery ecosystem. Businesses that embrace these technologies can improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, increase customer satisfaction, and unlock new revenue opportunities.

With artificial intelligence development as a service becoming increasingly accessible, decision-makers should prioritize AI adoption and collaborate with experienced food delivery app development companies that understand the industry’s unique challenges. These experts have hands-on experience integrating AI-powered features such as smart recommendations, predictive analytics, automated dispatching, and real-time tracking into food delivery platforms. Investing in the right technology partner ensures scalable, future-ready solutions that deliver long-term business value while meeting evolving customer expectations in a highly competitive digital marketplace.

Backflow prevention devices sit quietly on many Sydney properties, but when they fail the results can range from foul-smelling taps to costly drain contamination. Because the problem often develops out of sight, owners sometimes assume everything is fine—until discoloured water or sudden blockages prove otherwise. This guide explains what backflow is, how it connects to everyday drainage health, and why scheduling regular inspections is one of the simplest ways to safeguard your property, your wallet and, most importantly, public water supplies.

1. Backflow 101: A Quick Refresher
Backflow occurs when water reverses direction and carries pollutants back into drinking-water lines. It can be triggered by:

A sudden drop in mains pressure after a street hydrant is opened
A boost in on-site pressure from pumps or elevated tanks
Everyday cross-connections—garden hoses left in buckets, irrigation systems without check valves, or cleaning chemicals connected to taps
Why does it matter for drains too? Once contaminants flow backwards they can settle or congeal in branch lines, creating the perfect storm for hidden corrosion and stubborn blockages. For weather-related drainage issues that often reveal these weaknesses, see why storm season can expose hidden drainage weaknesses.

2. Who in Sydney Faces the Highest Backflow Risk?
Sydney Water and local councils rate properties by hazard—low, medium or high—based on contamination potential. Common high-risk sites include:

Cafés and restaurants (grease, detergents)
Strata and multi-storey buildings (pressure swings between floors)
Child-care centres, schools and aged-care facilities (vulnerable occupants)
Industrial or commercial premises with chemicals, boilers or irrigation fertiliser systems
Even a suburban home with a pool or rain-tank pump can reach medium hazard if hoses are often left submerged.

3. Early Clues Your Device—or Drains—May Be Compromised
Small cues rarely fix themselves; catching them early stops minor hygiene issues from snowballing into multi-trade clean-ups.

Early Clue

What It Might Mean

Next Safe Step

Tap water tastes or smells “earthy”

Possible back-siphonage from garden or irrigation lines

Arrange water-quality check & device test

Intermittent low pressure after hose use

Check valve not reseating correctly

Book plumber for inspection

Grease build-up in floor drains despite regular cleaning

Food-service cross-connection allowing FOG to retreat

Review kitchen backflow protection

Rust flecks or cloudiness at first flush

Sediment entering mains after pressure drop

Test device & flush lines thoroughly

Unexplained blocked-drain episodes

Contaminants congealing in branch lines

Combine CCTV drain camera & backflow test

4. Backflow Testing Complements Routine Drain Maintenance
Some owners think a recent jet-blast or camera survey removes the need for testing. In reality they cover different risks:

Drain maintenance removes existing blockages and build-up.
Backflow testing confirms the prevention device still holds the required pressure gap.
Ignoring either can lead to repeat slow drains (if you skip cleaning) or water-quality breaches and fines (if you skip testing).
Treat them as two halves of the same health check—like rotating car tyres and checking the brakes.

5. Legal & Insurance Implications You Shouldn’t Overlook
Sydney Water requires testable backflow devices to be checked at least once every 12 months by a certified plumber or endorsed tester. Councils can—and do—issue penalty notices for missed reports. Insurers may also query claims if routine testing records are missing.

For clear expectations, refer to the NSW Health backflow prevention guidelines. They outline hazard ratings, approved devices and tester accreditation requirements so owners know exactly what “compliant” looks like.

6. What Happens During a Scheduled Backflow Inspection?
Paperwork check—device type, serial number, past results
Temporary water isolation—usually 5–10 minutes
Pressure differential tests with calibrated gauges
Valve function checks—relief, isolation and non-return valves
Minor service—debris flushed, O-rings or seals replaced if routine
Report submission—lodged with Sydney Water/council, copy kept on site
If a device fails, the tester explains repair or replacement options and timelines so compliance isn’t left hanging.

7. How to Keep Inspections Simple (and Affordable)
Create a digital reminder one month before the anniversary date.
Bundle inspections with annual services like fire-equipment checks or gutter cleaning.
Keep a laminated device-location map in the plant room or switchboard.
Ask the tester to photograph gauge readings for quick reference.
Where multiple devices exist, stagger replacement years if budgets are tight—but never skip the actual test.
When it’s time, booking scheduled backflow inspections through a licensed local plumber ensures certification and any minor servicing happen in the same visit—saving repeat call-outs.

8. Common Misconceptions That Lead to Non-Compliance
“My café only uses eco-cleaning products, so risk is low.”
‑ Even biodegradable detergents can alter water pH and harm occupants with allergies.
“The device is in a locked plant room; nobody can tamper with it.”
‑ Internal seals still age, and pressure changes happen without human interference.
“A recent mains upgrade by the utility means the device is as good as new.”
‑ Network works don’t retest or replace private devices; owners remain responsible.
“Insurance will cover any damage.”
‑ Policies often exclude incidents tied to neglected maintenance schedules.
Backflow may not grab headlines like burst pipes or overflowing gutters, yet it poses a dual threat—silently compromising water quality and the long-term health of your drainage system. Understanding your property’s hazard rating, watching for subtle warning signs and booking certified tests create a straightforward safety net. Slot annual inspections into your maintenance calendar and you’ll protect every person who turns on a tap, avoid compliance headaches and keep those deeper, costlier drain problems from ever taking root.

Hello, my fellow readers! I am back to share another personal experience of living a healthy life guided by Ayurveda.

After entering the field of the Science of Life, I realised natural healing is one of the best solutions for managing health problems. That’s why I thought I’d talk about my tried-and-true journey to living a healthy life in today’s hectic schedule.

Today, maintaining a healthy routine has become an uphill battle for most of us. I was one of them when I used to suffer from some health issues listed below. Then, I got to know about Ayurvedic detox from a qualified physician and in-depth research.

To help you understand every detail of body detoxification, I’ve prepared this guide based on my experience and my doctor’s advice.

What is Ayurvedic Detoxification?
Ayurvedic detoxification is an ancient tradition used to remove toxins (ama- undigested waste) from our body, balance tridoshas (Vata, Pitta and Kapha) and strengthen digestion through some practices. Such practices include lifestyle changes, panchakarma and herbal solutions, etc.

However, before you consider an Ayurvedic detox for your body, it’s important to understand the signs.

Common Signs Your Body is Asking for Detoxification
Following are the signs that signal your body needs an Ayurvedic detox:

Indigestion
Constipation
Bloating
Acidity
Skin problems like acne, pimple, dullness and rashes.
Low energy and fatigue.
Chronic stress, anxiety and mental fog.
Joint pain.
Lack of focus.
Difficulty in losing weight.
Puffiness and dark circles under eyes, etc.
If you’re feeling such health issues for a long time, then your body is ready for an Ayurvedic detox.

3 months ago, I was suffering from such issues, then I consulted a qualified Ayurvedic physician near my area.

She advised me to follow the following detox body-cleansing tips suitable for my health goals and daily schedule.

How to Detox Your Body Naturally?
According to Ayurveda, illness begins when digestion is disrupted, which means the digestive fire (known as “Agni” in Ayurveda) weakens. To prevent any illness, we must adapt a healthy lifestyle so that liver is healthy and keeps detoxing behind the scenes. Below are the ways to naturally detox the body.

Eat Clean & Fresh
As we all know, when we eat food, it gets converted into nutrients that keep us healthy. Now, think about it, we’re mostly eating packaged, deep-fried, stale, high sugar and fast foods most of the time, what nutrients will our body absorb?

No doubt, such foods taste heavenly, but what about their consequences? Over time, the body accumulates ama, which weakens the digestive system and eventually leads to health problems.

That’s why eating freshly prepared, warm foods rich in vital nutrients and helps in balancing all the doshas is one of the best practices of Ayurvedic detox.

Drink Plenty of Water
Drinking water is not only for staying hydrated, but it also helps eliminate unwanted waste from the body. Consuming lukewarm water on an empty stomach in the early morning is the best way to detoxify the body.

According to my physician, consuming plenty of water is also healthy for kidney and liver function. You must maintain a daily routine of drinking 8 to 10 glasses of water.

Start Exercising, Yoga or Brisk Walking
Next is exercise, yoga or brisk walking. Due to toxin buildup, I was unable to lose weight, and my digestion was disrupted, leading to constipation and bloating, along with minor joint pain.

My doctor suggested to move my body for at least 20-30 minutes in the morning or after meals. Also, practise abhyanga (self-massage) with sesame oil.

Moreover, being in a 9-to-5 job, I was advised not to sit for long hours. Take short breaks in between to maintain balance in productivity, physical and mental health.

As, I have a busy routine, the physician suggested to do brisk walking in the early morning, after each meal and whenever I get free time.

Adapting such a practice helped me relieve constipation, control my body weight, reduce stress and anxiety, boost my energy levels and experience sound sleep.

Occasional Fasting and Avoid Late Night Dinner
We Indians fast on special occasions to worship God. Still, we never realised that fasting also helps us not only spiritually but also in body detoxifying and cleansing.

How? When our body gets food only when needed, it starts repairing itself by removing undigested waste. Interesting right? But fasting may not be ideal for all body-types and ages.

In such cases, we must eat dinner before 7PM, which was also advised by my doctor. This allows the stomach enough time and space to properly digest food. Also, we must avoid eating or consuming beverages late at night, as this habit weakens the digestion and leads to many health problems.

Therefore, I practice occasional fasting to ensure Ayurvedic detoxification of the body that keeps me light, fresh and active the next morning, enabling me to perform daily activities seamlessly without feeling tired or stressed.

Eat with Mindfulness
Maintaining mindfulness while eating is compulsory. Try consuming 70-80% of your appetite, while leaving 20-30% of the stomach empty. This helps with proper digestion and food breaking.

This type of detox body cleansing is another important process of ama cleanup. This method of mindful eating helps boost immunity, supports proper nutrient absorption, prevents ama buildup and even balances the doshas.

Replace Regular Tea with Herbal Tea
Last but not the least, while I was told to maintain the above-mentioned Ayurvedic detoxification routine, I was also suggested to take herbal supports like herbal tea or Triphala (helps promote healthy digestion and eases constipation issues).

In the old days, I used to drink regular milk tea in the early morning or whenever I felt too tired without realising it was damaging my gut and overall health.

My doctor introduced me to an herbal tea made with potent key herbs like triphala, dalchini, kalimirch, motha and mulethi, which together help correct constipation, improve digestion, lower excessive fat levels and provide relief from gas, bloating and acidity. So, I quit milk tea and switched to this herbal tea.

If talking about its usage, it can be consumed either hot or cold to improve overall gut health and encourage detoxification. Usually, I prefer lukewarm herbal tea in the early morning on an empty stomach, in the evening post dinner and at night before bed for maximum benefits.

Wrap up!
Finally, it’s a wrap, but my journey to holistic health is still unfolding.

However, the above Ayurvedic detox is general guidance that helped me find my way to healthy living; it may help you as well.

But remember, as “one man’s nutrition is another man’s poison,” Ayurveda always recommends that before you start any new lifestyle changes, it’s safe to consult a healthcare professional to develop a tailored body-cleansing and detoxification regimen. I am only sharing my experience above and do not intend to give any medical advice!

Each body type differs according to the dosha. So, adapting a lifestyle that balances your body dosha is the healthiest and safest option to achieve your health goals.

It didn’t start suddenly that I got to know about Ayurveda, my uncle’s profession (he’s an Ayurvedic physician), which drew my attention towards learning holistic healing. Sometimes doing in-depth research, sometimes learning from my uncle, I started uncovering natural ways to stay healthy through traditional Ayurvedic practices. I realised how important it is to know about how our body works and how can we take better care of it.

Today, I’ll talk about one of the biggest concerns in the world: liver health. In this article, I am gonna share some insightful lifestyle tips on how to keep your liver healthy. So, buckle up and keep reading till the last.

Top 6 Signs Your Liver is Healthy
Once a year, we must undergo medical tests to predict any chances of fatty liver disease, and also, we must keep our body detoxing on time to prevent such health problems. Therefore, to understand whether your liver is healthy or it needs lifestyle changes, the following may be the signs.

Good appetite and digestion.
Clear skin.
Normal urine and bowel movements.
Energy and vitality.
Healthy weight.
Healthy cholesterol levels.
However, it is better to consult a liver specialist for such assurance. But yes, in general, you can follow the above-mentioned habits to maintain a healthy liver.

What is the Importance of Liver in Healthy Living?
Liver is one of the most vital organs in our body; when it’s functioning well, the body remains healthy and zestful. Liver helps in:

Detoxification- The liver helps detox the body and prevent the accumulation of ama (toxin-undigested waste) in the body.

Metabolism and Digestion: It helps in easy digestion and maintain a strong metabolism for better conversion of food into energy.

Energy Regulation- When the liver is healthy, it helps regulate energy well and keeps you lively and active.

Immunity Support – It also supports the body’s defence mechanism that prevents illnesses.

You must have listened to this: “He who has health has hope, and he who has hope has everything”. Liver and digestive system are the main regulators of the body’s overall wellness, so if you keep your liver & digestion healthy, your daily routine will be full of life.

How to Keep Your Liver Healthy: Lifestyle Changes
Your daily routine has enough to analyse the quality of your liver health, so if you’re more into a stressed, lazy lifestyle, it’s a wake-up call. You must adhere to the following lifestyle tips to maintain your liver health.

Stop Drinking Alcohol
Whether you’re drinking daily or doing social drinking, it equally affects the liver, leading to Alcoholic fatty liver disease (ALFD). In such a case, the liver begins to accumulate fat, becomes inflamed and replaces healthy tissue with tough, fibrous tissue that may lead to liver failure.

Take a Healthy Diet
Eating what’s healthy for your body helps improve your liver quality. When you choose foods like green veggies, whole grains, lentils, nuts and seeds, fruits and low-fat or fat-free milk and yoghurt, such nourishments help you maintain a healthy liver. But if you’re more into fried, packaged, preserved and spicy foods, then you must stop and choose the above diet for your overall well-being.

Exercise or Practise Yoga Daily
Moving your body and practising yoga regularly are among the most crucial lifestyle tips for overall wellness. Whether it’s for weight loss, mental, heart or liver health, these are the musts always suggested by the physician. And of course! Your parents.

Keep Weight in Check
Okay! Another liver health tip is to maintain a normal weight, which is applicable to all ages. When talking about liver wellness, maintaining a good body mass index minimises the risk of health issues. And wearing your favourite dress without feeling awkward about extra visible fat, would also feel amazing, right?

Limit Unnecessary Medications
Consuming over-the-counter medicines whenever you want without the general guidance of a physician may do more harm than good. As the liver is highly responsible for breaking down substances and taking unnecessary medicines without limitation, it overloads the amount of toxins in the liver, causing serious issues.

Hydration
Drinking water is another crucial way to keep your liver healthy; it helps flush out toxins. If you’re hydrated and drink plenty of water, like 2-3 litres (8-12 glasses) a day, then liver’s bile production is normal, which helps digest fats more easily.

Herbal Support
Using potent herbs to support liver health is also an informed decision. Ayurvedic liver supplements made using natural key ingredients like bhumiamla, makoy, giloy, kutki, and kalmegh may help you in providing support in maintaining liver health.

Such supplements help improve digestion, appetite, metabolism and protect against fatty liver (AFLD & NAFLD). When you practise the above habits, following with a trusted herbal support (once advised by a doctor), you can better keep track of your well-being.

Wrapping up!
So, these were some of the most useful nuggets from the knowledge hub of Ayurveda, which I learnt from my uncle and through in-depth research. If you’re the one who wants more from the life, then you must follow the above lifestyle tips to keep your liver healthy.

Therefore, to live a great life, you must maintain good health, so that when you look back on your life’s journey, you’ll feel proud that you didn’t take your health for granted.
